The inauguration ceremony for the project “Construction of Scheduled Caste Bhawan at Development Area, Gangtok” was successfully held on April 14, 2025. The event was graced by the presence of the Honourable Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri. Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) & other members of the assembly.

 

The building has been designed as seven storied R.C.C framed structure with G.C.I roofing.  The structure has facilities of parking, multipurpose hall, marriage hall, exhibition hall, guest rooms, training classes, classrooms, male & female dormitory, library, administrative office & common toilets.
